Standard Processing
⋒ Processing time is between 1-2 days for generic items and 1 week for customised items. We will always endeavour to make these time frames as short as possible. Please contact us if your job is urgent.
Standard Shipping
⋒ Standard shipping can take between 5-14 business days depending on your location. Rural and regional areas will take longer.
Express Shipping
⋒ After the Standard Processing time (see details above), your order will be dispatched via Express Shipping. Depending on your location, this will be between 2-5 days. If you're based in Metro areas, this will likely be within 1-2 business days.
